Best Days Labs LLC is the parent company that operates The Advisors Machine, a website and resource hub serving financial advisors and their firms. Through The Advisors Machine, we offer products and services including The Seminar Machine, Brand Machine, SeminarIQ, and a free Scorecard diagnostic tool.
Our products are designed for financial advisors, insurance producers, and the firms and staff who support them.
We do not provide financial, investment, insurance, legal, tax, or compliance advice, and we do not serve or contact your clients.

If you are a client of an advisory firm and believe we hold information about you: any information we hold was entered by your advisor's firm, and we process it solely as a service provider to that firm. Please contact your advisor's firm, which is responsible for your information; we act on its instructions and will refer any request to it.

Affiliations and Conflicts of Interest
The owners and principals of Best Days Labs LLC hold ownership interests, executive positions, and board seats in other companies in the financial services industry, which may include an SEC-registered investment adviser, a wealth management platform and independent marketing organization serving independent advisors, and a private wealth management firm. These are separate legal entities from Best Days Labs LLC.
Our principals benefit economically from the growth of those companies and have a financial incentive to promote them to you. Our content is not independent or neutral research.
Information you provide us about your practice — including what you enter into the Scorecard and SeminarIQ — may be shared with those affiliated companies, and with business partners we work with from time to time, and used to market to you. You may opt out at any time by emailing info@bestdayslabs.com with the subject line "Affiliate Opt-Out."
Your clients' information is never shared with anyone for marketing or any other commercial purpose, ever. Client Data entered into the designated features of SeminarIQ Pro is disclosed only to the infrastructure providers who host our systems, as required by law, or at your direction — never to our affiliated companies or partners. See Sections 7.1 and 7.2 of our Privacy Policy.
Our training products and tools are not an offer or inducement to affiliate with, transfer business to, or join any affiliated firm, and your purchase, access, pricing, and support are not conditioned on doing so.

Your compliance obligations are yours. Materials we provide may constitute advertising or sales literature when used by you. Obtain your own firm's compliance approval before use.
Client information belongs only in the designated Client Data Features of SeminarIQ Pro. Client records entered there are handled under strict Client Data Terms: used solely to provide the service, never for marketing, and never shared with our affiliated companies or partners. Everywhere else — the free tier, simulation fields, notes, support tickets, community posts — client information is prohibited. Social Security numbers, account numbers, health information, and similar high-sensitivity data are never permitted anywhere. See Section 21 of our Terms & Conditions and Section 3 of the SeminarIQ Product Addendum.
SeminarIQ projections are hypothetical and for your internal use only. Every number SeminarIQ produces is arithmetic performed on assumptions you supplied. It is not a prediction, not a result, and not a representation of any outcome. You may not show SeminarIQ output to any prospect, client, or member of the public. Doing so may cause the communication to constitute an advertisement containing hypothetical performance under SEC Rule 206(4)-1 or FINRA rules. That exposure is yours. See the SeminarIQ Product Addendum, Section 4.
We are not your recordkeeper. No product or tool we operate, including SeminarIQ, is a books-and-records or archival system. We commit to no retention period and may delete anything at any time. If you need a record, export it and keep it yourself. See Section 7.1 of our Terms & Conditions.
Client information goes only in SeminarIQ Pro's designated Client Data Features. Do not send client information through any other channel, and never send Prohibited Data (SSNs, account numbers, health information, and similar) anywhere.
Binding arbitration. Your use of our websites, tools, and products is subject to a binding arbitration provision and class action waiver. See Section 27 of our Terms & Conditions. You may opt out within 30 days.
