Results Disclaimer
Best Days Labs LLC | The Advisors Machine
Last Updated: July 18, 2026
This Results Disclaimer applies to The Advisors Machine, the Scorecard tool, SeminarIQ, our websites, webinars, trainings, coaching, communities, marketing materials, advertisements, testimonials, case studies, communications, and any related products or services offered by Best Days Labs LLC, including The Seminar Machine and Brand Machine.
This Results Disclaimer is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions and is part of your agreement with us.
1. Educational and Informational Purpose
Our products, tools, and resources are educational and informational. They are designed to teach concepts, frameworks, strategies, processes, and implementation ideas, and to provide feedback, analysis, or projections based on assumptions you supply.
We do not guarantee any specific result.
2. No Guaranteed Results
We do not promise, represent, warrant, or guarantee that you will achieve any specific outcome from accessing, watching, attending, participating in, using, or implementing any of our websites, products, tools, or services.
This includes, but is not limited to, any guarantee of:
New clients
Appointments
Registrations
Show rates
Closing rates
Conversion rates
Assets under management
Production
Revenue
Profit
Return on investment
Business growth
Marketing performance
Brand performance
Sales performance
Any other business, financial, or marketing result
You may lose money. Marketing has hard costs. Seminars, mailers, advertising, venues, meals, staff time, and technology cost real money, and you may spend that money and receive nothing in return.
3. What Typical Results Look Like
Read this before you buy.
Business coaching and marketing training are not products where a typical outcome can be reliably predicted. Results depend far more on the individual advisor, their market, their budget, and their execution than on the training itself.
You should assume that:
Many people who purchase a training program never fully implement it. Purchasing is not implementing.
Advisors who do implement experience widely varying results, including no measurable improvement and including a net financial loss.
Any example, testimonial, case study, screenshot, or number we show you reflects the experience of a specific person in a specific market at a specific time. It is not a typical, average, or expected result, and you should not assume you will replicate it.
We do not represent that our customers generally achieve the results described in any testimonial, case study, or example.
We do not track, verify, audit, or represent the average or typical results of our customers, and we make no representation about what percentage of customers achieve any result.
If we publish a claim about typical or average results, we will state the basis for it, the time period, and the population it is drawn from. Absent such a statement, assume any result shown is atypical.
If you require, expect, or are counting on a return on your investment, do not purchase our products.
4. Your Results Depend on Many Factors
Your results depend on many factors, including:
Your market and geography
Your audience and list quality
Your offer
Your reputation and brand
Your budget and willingness to invest in marketing
Your advertising quality and messaging
Your sales ability
Your follow-up process
Your seminar and event execution
Your implementation discipline and consistency
Your team and capacity
Your business model
Your compliance requirements and what your firm, broker-dealer, RIA, IMO, or carrier permits you to do
Your competitive environment
Economic and market conditions
Other factors outside our control
Because these factors vary from person to person and business to business, results will vary.
5. Scorecard, SeminarIQ, and Other Diagnostic and Calculation Tools
Any diagnostic, scorecard, assessment, simulation, projection, optimization, or calculation tool we provide — including SeminarIQ — delivers feedback, analysis, or arithmetic results based on information and assumptions you submit.
Outputs are intended for general educational, informational, and internal business planning purposes only, and do not constitute legal, tax, investment, accounting, regulatory, compliance, marketing, brand, or other professional advice.
Outputs are generated by a rules-based or automated system, are only as accurate as the information you provide, and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inapplicable to your situation. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any output to your specific business, and you should not make any business decision in reliance on it.
A Scorecard score, grade, ranking, or recommendation is not a valuation, an audit, a benchmark against a verified peer set, a compliance review, or a prediction of your future performance.
5.1 SeminarIQ Projections Are Hypothetical — and Internal-Only
SeminarIQ produces hypothetical projections. Every number it generates — every projection, optimization, scenario result, chart, ROI figure, revenue estimate, and break-even point — is a mathematical result calculated from assumptions YOU supplied.
A SeminarIQ output is not:
Actual results, or a report of anything that happened
Past performance
A prediction, forecast, or estimate of what you will achieve
A representation, warranty, or guarantee of any outcome
Verified, audited, benchmarked, or validated against any data source
Advice
A projection is arithmetic performed on your assumptions. If your assumptions are wrong, the output is wrong. Change one input and every number changes. That is what the tool is for.
YOU MAY NOT SHOW SEMINARIQ OUTPUT TO ANY PROSPECT, CLIENT, OR MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC.
You may not use, reproduce, distribute, display, present, publish, screenshot, or reference any SeminarIQ output — or any number, figure, chart, table, or projection derived from it — in any communication to any prospect, client, investor, or member of the public, or in any advertisement, marketing material, seminar presentation, slide deck, handout, social media post, website, email campaign, proposal, illustration, or client-facing document.
Why: If you are an investment adviser or an associated person of one, presenting hypothetical or projected performance to prospects or clients may cause the communication to constitute an advertisement subject to SEC Rule 206(4)-1 (the Marketing Rule), which imposes specific and demanding requirements on the presentation of hypothetical performance. Similar restrictions apply under FINRA rules and under state insurance and securities advertising rules.
We do not satisfy any of those requirements for you. We cannot. That exposure is entirely yours.
Violation of this Section is a material breach of our Terms & Conditions. See the SeminarIQ Product Addendum, Section 4, and Terms Sections 7.2 and 25.
6. Testimonials, Case Studies, and Examples
Testimonials, case studies, examples, and customer stories reflect the individual experiences of specific people. They are not guarantees, promises, or representations that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Our policy on testimonials:
We use testimonials with the person's permission
We ask the person to confirm that their statements are truthful, reflect their actual experience, and that any results they describe were actually achieved
We disclose material connections between us and the person giving the testimonial where required, such as compensation, a discount, free or extended access, an affiliate relationship, an employment relationship, or a business relationship with us or one of our affiliated companies
We may edit testimonials for length and clarity, but not in a way that changes their substance
It is our policy not to condition any benefit, refund, discount, or continued access on a customer providing a positive review, and not to ask any customer to remove or alter an honest review
We do not independently audit or verify the results a customer describes, and we rely on the customer's own representation of their experience.
Any results a customer attributes to SeminarIQ, or to any projection or plan produced with it, are that customer's own reported experience. We do not verify them, and a SeminarIQ projection is not evidence that any result was achieved.
Any examples used in our marketing, trainings, webinars, Scorecards, SeminarIQ demonstrations, or materials are provided for educational and illustrative purposes only.
A "results not typical" disclaimer does not make an atypical result typical. When we show you a result, assume it is exceptional unless we specifically tell you otherwise and tell you the basis for the claim.
7. No Earnings Claim
Nothing on our websites, webinars, trainings, coaching calls, communities, materials, Scorecards, SeminarIQ, emails, advertisements, testimonials, case studies, or other communications should be interpreted as an earnings claim, income claim, revenue claim, profit claim, return-on-investment claim, or guarantee of financial success.
No output of SeminarIQ, and no number, projection, or chart it produces, is an earnings claim, an income claim, or a representation of fact. It is arithmetic on your assumptions.
Any forward-looking statement about what you "could," "can," "may," or "might" achieve is aspirational and illustrative, not predictive, and is not a representation of fact.
No statement made by any of our founders, instructors, coaches, staff, contractors, sales representatives, or community members constitutes an earnings claim or a guarantee, and no such person has authority to make one on our behalf.
8. We Do Not Provide Leads, Appointments, or Clients
Our products provide training, education, frameworks, templates, and tools. SeminarIQ is a planning and campaign-management tool, not a marketing service.
We do not:
Provide, sell, generate, or guarantee leads
Set, book, or guarantee appointments
Provide, refer, or guarantee clients
Run, execute, manage, or send any marketing campaign for you
Contact, email, call, text, or communicate with any of your prospects or clients, ever
Manage, run, or execute your marketing for you (unless you enter into a separate written Service Agreement that expressly says otherwise)
Provide any exclusive territory, protected market, or exclusivity of any kind
Provide any ongoing or guaranteed source of business
SeminarIQ does not contact your prospects or clients and does not send marketing to anyone on your behalf. It is a planning and management tool, not a marketing execution system.
We are not a business opportunity, franchise, multi-level marketing program, or income opportunity. We sell education.
9. You Are Responsible for Implementation
Our products and tools provide training, materials, information, and calculations. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, implementation, marketing, business operations, spending, hiring, and results.
A projection is not a plan, and a plan is not execution. Producing an attractive scenario in SeminarIQ does not mean you will achieve it, and does not mean you should spend money pursuing it.
Accessing or purchasing any product does not guarantee that you will implement what is taught correctly, consistently, or at all.
10. No Professional Advice and No Fiduciary Relationship
Our websites, products, tools, software, and services do not provide legal, tax, investment, accounting, regulatory, compliance, or other professional advice. No attorney-client, adviser-client, agency, or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of our products or by any communication with us or our personnel.
You are a regulated professional. You are responsible for determining whether any strategy, script, template, communication, advertisement, seminar practice, testimonial practice, event practice, outreach practice, projection, financial illustration, recommendation, or process is appropriate for your business and permitted under the rules, regulations, contracts, firm policies, carrier requirements, and professional obligations that apply to you, including SEC, FINRA, state securities, state insurance advertising and suitability rules, telemarketing and text-messaging laws, and rules governing the presentation of hypothetical and projected performance.
Nothing we provide has been reviewed or approved by any regulator, self-regulatory organization, or supervising firm. Obtain your own compliance approval before use. See Terms Section 7.
11. Our Content Is Not Independent or Neutral
The owners and principals of Best Days Labs LLC hold ownership interests and executive roles in other financial services companies. Any commentary, comparison, or recommendation we provide regarding platforms, custodians, broker-dealers, RIAs, IMOs, technology vendors, or business models may be influenced by those affiliations and economic interests, and should not be relied upon as objective or independent research.
See Terms Section 17.
12. No Reliance
By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, projection, testimonial, case study, example, screenshot, software output, calculation, or representation of potential results in making your decision to purchase, other than what is expressly written in our Terms & Conditions or a signed written agreement with us.
This includes any output, projection, or number produced by SeminarIQ or the Scorecard.
You are a sophisticated business professional making a business purchasing decision, and you have had the opportunity to conduct your own due diligence and consult your own advisors.
13. We May Change or Withdraw Our Tools
We may change, degrade, gate, modify, or permanently discontinue any tool we operate — including SeminarIQ and the Scorecard — at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without notice, and without liability.
No such action entitles you to any refund, credit, extension, or compensation. See Terms Sections 4.1, 4.3, and 12.6.
14. The Model Is Just a Model
SeminarIQ's calculation model contains default assumptions and illustrative values — sample show rates, close rates, revenue-per-client figures, cost estimates, and similar.
These defaults are illustrative placeholders. They are NOT:
Industry benchmarks
Averages, medians, or typical values
Verified, audited, surveyed, or sourced from any dataset
Representations of what any advisor experiences
Representations of what YOU will experience
Do not treat any default value in SeminarIQ as data. It is a starting number in a blank field. Replace it with your own figures.
We may change the model, the formulas, the default assumptions, or the optimization logic at any time, without notice, and your results may change accordingly. A change to the model is not an error, a defect, or a breach.
