REVIEW FIXTURE — v4.2 (placeholder). This version exists so the version-bump re-acceptance loop can be exercised end-to-end in review: go to /admin/legal, set Terms → v4.2 current with a change summary + mode, and confirm the gate fires for accounts that accepted v4.1. It is NOT current until an admin marks it so. Delete this file + its registry entry (and its legal_documents row) before production, or replace with real attorney text if v4.2 becomes real.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SeminarIQ and the related services offered by Best Days Labs. By creating an account or using the services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution (revised)

This section has been updated in v4.2. The revised dispute-resolution and arbitration language will be provided in the final attorney text.

30. Amendments

We may amend these Terms. When we do, we will publish the updated version at its canonical URL, record it as current, and require your acceptance of the change before continued use. Material changes take effect upon your acceptance.
